Make the change to a healthier lifestyle...Meet new people, have fun while working out and reaching your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, get fit, settle the nerves or find stillness, TransformHERS is for you. 

TransformHERS offers a 4 week outdoor fitness, Pilates and Yoga programmes as well as 1 on 1 Personal Training for ladies.  Our workouts encourage participants to strive for their fitness goals through energizing group or 1 on 1 activities. TransformHERS sessions are designed to accommodate your current level of fitness and build upon that throughout the programme, so ladies of all fitness levels, ages and sizes are welcome.  

TransformHERS Group Fitness Sessions:

TransformHERS group fitness sessions vary daily to ensure that participants never get bored and that all body parts are targeted. Our fitness programme provides challenging, yet fun, 1 hour workouts at various venues. We use light weights, therabands, skipping ropes, obstacle courses, balls and more. Exercise sessions are facilitated by training instructors who keep the workouts enjoyable, while motivating you to achieve outstanding personal body and fitness results. With us you are able to interchange venues to accommodate your work and personal commitments.

TransformHERS Pilates:

Pilates is a holistic method to well-being, combining Eastern and Western philosophies. Pilates requires a mind-body connection focusing on correct breathing with flowing and controlled body movements, initiating from the core.

Joseph Pilates, developed the Pilates method and created exercises as a series of mat repertoire and later exercises on various pieces of equipment. The exercises are gentle on the joints with every moment being precise and controlled.  

TransformHERS Yoga:

During a TransformHERS Yoga (Hatha) session you will calm the mind, connect with the breath (which we forget to do in our daily manic lives), settle the nerves, balance systems and have a good workout and stretch session all in one.  Yoga is the perfect way to balance your weekly routine and find some stillness amidst the city madness. Combining TransformHERS Group Fitness sessions with yoga will ensure a balanced lifestyle.

TransformHERS 1 on 1:

Enjoy training in the privacy of your home/garden/park and at a time that suits you. These dynamic 1 on 1 sessions are specifically designed with your current fitness levels and goals in mind.  We provide all the equipment and bring to you.
